A Few Words About Jeannine - Little Elm, TX
My name is Jeannine Conte. I am a certified sleep consultant and proud member of Sleep Wise Consulting. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Management from Purdue University. I am a mother of two amazing daughters, wife of a supportive husband and live just outside Dallas, Texas. When my first was born in 2013, I read the books, outlined my “plan”, and was ready to embrace everything about having a newborn. Overwhelmed with love, joy, and that something special no mother can put into words, my husband and I headed home with that little bundle of happiness. After three weeks of sleeping in shifts, while the other parent stayed awake holding the baby, worried she may need something, worried about SIDS, worried about every little minor noise, I realized I needed to focus on a better sleep plan. Just then, I began to evaluate and study the realistic options, not just the black and white print that is so easily given as advice in a book, but seemed impossible to actually implement.
When my second was born in early 2016, armed with the tools from the trial and error of my first born, I saw what a huge difference it made to implement a sleep plan I knew would work, from the very start. I was also reminded quickly that every child is different and requires a specialized plan, but using the basic principles helped me overcome new challenges. I wanted to take the extensive research, personal knowledge, and passion for sleep training to help other parents who were struggling with the same kind of issues.
After completing my comprehensive sleep consultant training, I am equipped with the very best tools and knowledge available to help you create a successful sleep plan for your family. My knowledge and experiences can help your family focus on a plan that suits your parenting philosophies. Every family and child is different and I know each plan needs to be tailored specifically to that family.
With 10 years of project management experience, I have the ability to not only analyze your babies’ needs and create a successful plan, but also use those management tools to keep your family on track and motivated. It is difficult to remain consistent on your own. There will be times you want to quit, cheat just a little, or go back to the old way at 3 am; I know this, I, too, have been there! We all struggle. Having someone to reference when those challenges are faced, makes the difference.
I have a no quit attitude; your families sleep success is also my success. My passion for a happy well-rested baby and parent is evident during my consultation with you. I am here to celebrate your victories and during those more difficult moments, can help make quick adjustments to your sleep plan to get you back on track.
Lastly, I will be able to educate your family on how to create successful sleep habits that will carry with your children through their lives, not just in the moment. To contact me, send me an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or click here to book a free 15 minute evaluation call.
