We had a good sleeper for awhile, I thought i had it down. But then we started regressing. Blaire didn’t want to go to sleep at night and naps were like the wild west – it was a crazy struggle. Naps were shorter than an hour and she was waking up at 5am every morning. We needed help! And found it.
We really enjoyed working with Dana. Everything was so simple, no complex steps or difficult tasks we had to do. The program she put together for Blaire was realistic and we were able to be consistent. We were able to hit each benchmark and continued moving forward through the program. It has almost been two months since completing and Blaire continues to sleep better. Her naps are longer (she used to be a very short napper) and she sleeps up to 11 hours straight at night. I was recovering from knee surgery and wasn’t sure how well we would be able to execute the plan, but it was easy and the support we got from Dana met all of our needs. I would have had to read a dozen books and still probably wouldn’t have gotten this outcome. Now naps and bedtime are a breeze and Blaire is sleeping like a champ!
