I am not exaggerating when I say that Kelley changed our life. We experienced four VERY long weeks of ~4ish hours (not consecutive) of sleep/night and I was at a loss after consulting my child’s doctor, mom groups, and even a psychologist. Kelley created a custom plan for getting our 3 year old (and us!) back to sleep and held our hands throughout the entire process. She worked with us to modify and adjust the plan until it fit our son and our family just right. I knew our daughter could sleep through the night, we had just fallen into bad habits. Working with Sarah was easy. She gave us a clear outline on how to get Carmen to sleep independently. When we reached out to Jeannine I was desperate but skeptical. Beckham was only take 30 minute naps and we were having to hold him in order to extend the naps and he was still waking about 2 times a night and one of those was an early morning waking where he wouldn’t go back to sleep. Oh, and daycare naps were just a disaster. Quickly after working on a new routine and following the tips Jeannine educated us with, we began seeing little glimpses of hope. By the end of the 2 weeks Beckham was taking nearly 1.5-2 hour naps, putting himself to sleep unswaddled, and was down to only 1 night feeding. Things at daycare even improved greatly. Before working with Marissa at Sleep Wise our daughter was rocked, bounced, shush’d to sleep, and carefully placed in her crib (in our room) in hopes she wouldn’t wake with the transfer. She was waking up and feeding every 2-3 hours. I was exhausted! I knew we needed help with sleep training because I had a lot of anxiety around our daughter crying. Naps and bedtime used to be incredibly stressful – so much crying, so much fussing. Our little guy also liked to get up 3-4 times each night. His mom and dad were TIRED! Nikki was amazingly helpful with her sleep plan and support! With an upcoming return to work and two kiddos just 14 months apart I was feeling a major weight on my shoulders with our chronic short napper. Miles would take 20 minute naps since about 8 weeks, and at 13 weeks I knew we couldn’t continue on this way! I always felt confused about next steps to take with him as he was so different from my firstborn regarding sleep.

Once we reached out to Kelley I breathed a huge sigh of relief, even if Miles was in the minority with this being developmentally appropriate for him at least we would have a game plan and an awesome support system.

Our toddler suddenly went through a major sleep regression- waking up several times through the night and at 4 am for the day. She refused to sleep unless one of us stayed with her. Our first born child, Remi, has always been a “terrible napper.” Getting up several times every night for feedings and the need to be rocked back to sleep was a normal night for us. Remi only napped if I held her and held her for the entirety of the nap. If I moved, nap was over. We had unknowingly created several sleep props, so in order to be put down for bed, Remi needed mommy only, a bottle of milk, and to be rocked. Once she fell asleep in my arms, I had to very gently set her down before running out as quickly as I could so she wouldn’t notice. If she did, the routine re-started. If not, I had a few hours before she’d wake again and need the routine repeated. This was my first child. I thought this was normal. I work full-time and my husband is often working during dinner/bedtime. As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you can imagine the toll this was beginning to take on me. I worked all day long and had to come home and race against my baby’s ticking time bomb before it went off. Nights were stressful, as I had to solely care for an overly tired, refused-to-nap toddler. Once I finally got her to sleep, I had to go to sleep, because I never knew how long I’d have before she woke up again. Meeting Halle was life-changing. I was very skeptical. However, it was SUPER easy and 100% worth the little bit of work. I now have my child on a sleep schedule, and she looks forward to and enjoys bed time. I lay my child down for nap and for bedtime awake, tell her goodnight and walk out of the room. I am no longer fighting an overly tired child every single nap. I get 2 hours each day to do something for myself mid-afternoon while she naps. I put my child to bed at a decent time and confidently know that she will sleep until morning. Remi’s overall demeanor is so much better, as she now is well rested. I mean, aren’t we all happier when we’re rested? I plan to work with Halle in the future regarding any additional children we may add to our family to help support their sleeping needs. This service comes HIGHLY recommended. Do it. You will not regret it. In fact, you (and your baby) will appreciate it and be so much happier after completion of this program.
