Hey there! I’m Miranda Brothers, a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with Sleep Wise. Based in Fredericksburg, VA after living abroad in Europe, my family and I recently relocated here. Married to Andrew, we’re parents to three children 4 and under. Which makes life beautifully chaotic.
Before joining Sleep Wise, I earned my BA in cross-cultural studies from a college in Jacksonville, FL, where I also met my husband.
We then served with a non-profit organization before and as we were starting our family.
Motherhood has been a humbling and joyful journey. Initially overwhelmed by parenting advice, I discovered the importance of good sleep habits.
Dealing with postpartum anxiety, I sought help from Sleep Wise, which restored my confidence and my daughter’s sleep routine.
With three young children, including a preemie, I understand the challenges of establishing sleep patterns.
Now, my kids thrive on healthy sleep routines.
I’m passionate about helping other families achieve the same.
