You Might Be Exactly Who We’re Looking For
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You love helping families solve real problems.
- You want work that feels purposeful, not just practical.
- You’re at a career crossroads and craving something that fits this season of life.
- You want flexibility without sacrificing professionalism.
- You’re already the go-to friend for sleep advice.
- You don’t want to build something meaningful alone — you want to be surrounded by capable, growth-minded women.
You’re Ready for Something Different — But You Don’t Know Where to Start
Maybe you’ve felt it for a while. A quiet pull toward something more. Not more busy — just more meaningful. You want work that fits your life.
Work that’s flexible and integrates naturally into your day — not work that competes with it. Something that uses the way you’re already wired. Something you actually care about. But when you start thinking about doing something new… it gets overwhelming fast.
How could I even become a sleep consultant in a real, credible way?
You don’t want to choose between being present with your family and contributing financially. You don’t want to build something completely alone.
You want impact.
You want flexibility.
You want structure.
You don’t want to figure it out alone.
That’s where becoming a Sleep Wise consultant comes in…
When you become a Certified Sleep Wise Consultant, you step into that same proven framework.
You’re trained in a clear methodology.
You’re mentored by experienced leaders as you grow.
You’re supported within an established, nationally respected brand. And you’re welcomed into a collaborative team culture where consultants ask questions, share wins, problem-solve together, and genuinely cheer one another on.
You’re not building something from scratch. You’re building within a brand families already trust.
How This Works
From your first conversation to launching with clients, you’ll be guided, supported, and never doing this alone.

Regular team calls, leadership access, and open communication
Clear direction for marketing with an established brand

A pathway to build flexible, meaningful work
You’re not handed a certificate and sent on your way. You’re continually mentored, supported, and invested in as you grow.
Imagine This…
- Supporting exhausted parents — and watching their confidence return.
- Receiving messages that say, “You changed our lives.”
- Working from home in a way that aligns with school pickups and family rhythms.
- Contributing financially while staying present in the season that matters most.
- Being part of a professional community that sharpens you, challenges you, supports you — and genuinely wants to see you win.
- Building something steady. Meaningful. Lasting.
This isn’t just about sleep.
It’s about stepping into work that fits who you are — and who you’re becoming.
FAQ’S
Still Wondering If You’re Ready?
Do I need prior experience or certification to apply?
No prior certification is required. We provide structured training built on the same personalized plan our consultants use with families, so you start with a clear path instead of piecing it together yourself.
Whether you’re brand new to sleep consulting or arriving with related experience, we give you the knowledge, the practical tools, and the confidence to serve families well.
What matters most isn’t your résumé. It’s alignment, coachability, and a real desire to help families. That’s what we train on top of, and it’s what we can’t teach.
What kind of training will I receive?
Our training starts with 4 full days of live virtual training led by our founder, Katie Pitts. From there, you move into 6 months of mentorship and ongoing coaching, over 200 hours of sleep education paired with hands-on support, so you’re never learning in isolation.
And it doesn’t end when training does. You’ll have continued mentorship, a library of resources built from real cases, and a team that stays in it with you as you take on your first families.
What kind of mentorship and community support will I have?
More than you’d expect when you’re starting something new, which is exactly when you need it most.
Our consultants talk in Slack every day, about real cases, hard questions, and everything that comes up when you’re working with families. There are scheduled group calls and live meetings, monthly learning sessions, advanced training, and office hours with Halie and tech support when you need a hand. When you hit something hard, you’re not sorting it out alone. You bring it to the team-based think tank, where experienced consultants work the problem with you.
Say it’s 9pm and you’re stuck on a tough case. You post in Slack, and because there are 70+ of us and someone’s almost always working, you get help, not silence. That’s the part our consultants tell us they didn’t know they needed until they had it.
Starting something new is hard, and you won’t be doing it alone.
Is this remote? Can I set my own schedule?
Yes. Sleep Wise consultants work remotely, from home or anywhere you are, and you build your own schedule around your life instead of the other way around.
This isn’t a 9 to 5. You choose how many families you take on and when you work, which is why it fits so well for moms who want to be there for their own kids and still do work that means something.
You’ll have a few team touchpoints, group calls and live sessions, and your client work happens at times you and the family agree on. Inside that, the shape of your week is yours.
Is this part-time or full-time? What can I expect to earn?
That’s up to you, and it’s one of the things consultants love most about this work.
Most work 15 to 20 hours a week and earn $20,000 to $40,000 a year. Consultants who take it full-time, up to 40 hours a week, often earn $70,000 to $120,000. Where you land depends on how many families you take on, your availability, and how much you want to grow.
Some people build this around nap times and a few clients a week. Others grow it into a full income.
Will Sleep Wise provide me with clients?
Building your own client base is part of the work, and yes, that part is yours. We don’t hand you clients.
But you’re not starting from nothing, and you’re not handling the marketing alone.
You get tools and systems to generate your own leads, including our Schedule Maker, which you can put out to gather people who might be a good fit for your practice. You get it while you’re still in mentoring, not just after you graduate.
Alongside it, there’s training on local outreach, training on social content, and templates you can use from day one. We give you a lot to work with.
I also stay on top of where the market is moving, so the marketing knowledge you’re working with is current, not last year’s playbook.
The clients are yours to grow. The how isn’t something you’ll have to invent by yourself.
Why join Sleep Wise instead of starting my own sleep consulting business?
You can absolutely start a sleep consulting business on your own. A lot of people do. The question is whether you want to do the hardest parts alone.
When you go solo, every tough case is yours to solve by yourself, every marketing decision is a guess, and there’s no one to ask at 8pm when a family is counting on you and you’re not sure what to do next.
At Sleep Wise, you join 70+ consultants and a team-based think tank, so a hard case isn’t you against the problem, it’s the whole team working it with you. You start with a name families already know and trust, training that’s been refined across more than 12,000 families, and people who’ve already made the mistakes you’d otherwise make alone.
You’re still building your own business. You’re just not building it by yourself.
Does everyone who applies get accepted?
No. Not everyone who applies is the right fit, and we think that’s important.
The interview isn’t about whether you’re impressive enough on paper. It’s about whether this is right for you and you’re right for the families you’d serve. We’re looking for alignment, coachability, and a real desire to help families through hard nights. Those are the things we build everything else on top of.
Holding that standard is how we protect the families who trust us, and it’s how we make sure the consultants who join actually thrive here, instead of being set up to struggle.
How soon can I start?
You can begin right away. The application and interview start whenever you’re ready, you’re not waiting on us to open a door for that.
We run three training cohorts a year, and depending on timing, your start date usually lands somewhere between six weeks and a few months out. That gap isn’t downtime. There’s work you can do ahead of training that puts you that much further along before day one, so you arrive ready instead of starting cold.
If Not Now, When?
If you don’t step forward:
You may keep wondering “what if I had tried?”
You may continue feeling the tension between wanting meaningful work and not knowing where to begin.
You may continue helping families informally, without the training, mentorship, and credibility that would allow you to truly grow.
You may delay building something aligned with your gifts for another season.
And another. And another. You don’t have to stay where you are.
