My mission is to reverse America’s sleep health crisis. I believe every person deserves to feel fulfilled in their life and that mental and emotional well-being are at the center of that.
I have a bachelor’s degree in speech and hearing science and a dual master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Educational Administration. I am certified in both pediatric and adult sleep. I complete monthly continuing education in sleep and also yearly attend the SLEEP meeting, which is lead by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Research Society. Why does this matter? Because I want you to know that I know my stuff! Our methods are backed by over 17,000 well-scrutinized research studies.

60-90 Minute Phone Consultation
I will provide you with information on the importance of sleep, your individual sleep needs and why what you are doing is not providing you the results you want. We will discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address all potential pitfalls you might come across.
Four Follow-up Phone Calls
These calls will take place during your program and typically last about 20-30 minutes. We will use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having, answer general questions, and provide you with tips for moving forward with your sleep.
