Tonya went above and beyond for our little guy who was dealing with some health issues at the start of our sleep training. She was so patient and also encouraging as we trekked through the obstacles. I could not have done it without her and we are forever grateful for her help! I highly recommend Tonya to all my friends who are also sleep deprived- she is worth every penny!
We had a great second experience with Cassandra! She has a calm and soothing demeanor that’s so beneficial in navigating such a tough and stressful time. We had our second child who was sleeping really well for her first two months of life and then rapidly began needing a lot of support to sleep. This wasn’t sustainable for our family and we could tell it wasn’t quality sleep for our little girl. Enter Cassandra! Our vocal baby girl is now a great sleeper. Thank you Cassandra!
I was optimistic about sleep training based on experiences that my other friends had with Sleep Wise. Still, I did not anticipate the phenomenal results that I got. A routine schedule, consolidated naps, and a full night’s sleep restored my family’s health, made us more attentive to our child’s needs, and gave us back time together to continue our happy marriage!
Savannah was only napping in the Baby Bjorn or on mom and co-sleeping overnight. Everyone was exhausted and desperate for a change! Thanks to Erica’s patience and skills, Savannah is taking long naps and sleeping through the night, in her crib.
As first time parents my husband and I were so sleep deprived and overwhelmed with the amount of “tips” present online to help our so get consistent sleeps and naps. Working with Sarah was absolutely worth EVERY PENNY! Within the first day of working with her we saw results and after just a few days we went from hourly night wakings to sleeping 11 hours! I can not recommend Sarah enough. Also she is just the sweetest and most understanding person and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
My husband and I worked with Nikki Smith and are so grateful that we did! She was attentive, professional and incredibly easy to work with. Our son was struggling with frequent night wakings and within a week, was sleeping 10-12 hours straight. His naps have also become seamless. Although not the cheapest service out there, the way Sleep Wise helps your baby learn is gentle yet effective – the best of both worlds. It was well worth the money!
Incredible!! Our 11 week old baby had wildly inconsistent overnight sleep and never napped for more than 30 min. Now she sleeps 12 hours a night, and takes great naps! Kelley was wonderful to work with – she took into consideration our specific goals and concerns (e.g., exclusively breast fed).

We reached out to Jordan when our baby was 10 weeks old and we were struggling because he was only taking contact naps or very short individual naps. She worked with us one on one for many weeks to help make sure our baby was getting good sleep so that we could also have some restful nights. We are so thankful!

We have been fortunate to partner with Halie Powell to teach both of our babies independent sleep skills and can confidently say that connecting with her is one of our best parenting decisions to date. Halie extended so much kindness and grace to us as first time parents and really carried us through hardship when we didn’t believe sleep was possible. We began working with Halie when our daughter was about 2 months old — no one was sleeping, the paci ping pong game was exhausting, and we felt like we were failing. She is almost 2.5 now and has had very few regressions/disruptions as Halie helped us lay the independent sleep foundation for her early on. Not only do we feel confident in her sleep skills, but our daughter also feels confident. She knows when she needs rest and will ask to go to her crib so she can sleep. We connected with Halie again and she helped us meet our son where he was. We saw incredible progress within the first few days and Halie stuck with us through some hiccups over holidays. He caught on and now sleeps 11-12 hours overnight. If he has a waking, he can typically settle back down without issue. That’s not to say we don’t have to make adjustments along the way but Sleep Wise has you covered there too. The online REM community, specifically Kelsey and Erica, continues to offer us ongoing support for which we are very thankful!
Babies aren’t robots and it’s not a quick scheme to guarantee sleep, but if you’re ready to put in the work to support your little(s) through the learning process, Sleep Wise will get you there and help keep you there. Sufficient rest changes everything and our family is much happier for it.
