Working with Sarah CHANGED OUR LIVES! Our first baby slept through the night practically from the day she was born, so when number 2 didn’t, it rocked our world. When my baby, Ella, and I started with Tonya I was desperate for some help. Ella was a silent reflux baby and wouldn’t sleep more than 20 or 30 minutes in her bassinet and we were up for hours at a time at night. She would not nap essentially unless she was attached to me which affected everything; my sleep, my mental health, and my relationship with my two year old son. I was extremely reluctant because I didn’t think that this would work for Ella because of her reflux but now everyone comments on what an easy baby she is and she sleeps 12 hours at night! Tonya was there to help us troubleshoot when we needed it and helped encouraged us to keep going and trust the process!

People told me to just let her cry it out, turn the TV up, and drink some wine, but I couldn’t do it. My one year old had been breastfed or rocked to sleep since he was born. He was waking 3-4 times a night. After many sleepless nights we finally looked into sleep consulting and were referred to Ashley. I was nervous the program was not going to work for Leo because I wanted to continue to breastfeed him. Ashley was very understanding and felt confident we could get Leo to sleep independently but still breastfeed during the day. Leo went from being nursed to sleep/waking multiple times a night to putting himself to sleep and sleeping 12 hours. After getting restorative sleep Leo has been happier and going through huge growths. I can not recommend the program or Ashley enough! Ashley has been such a great coach for our family. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Her compassion and knowledge helped make the program feel seamless.
