I know from personal experience how many theories on sleep exist that create confusion and not much help. We all need sleep to thrive and when I’ve had trouble sleeping in the past, I found there was no clear and easy path to success available.

My passion lies in helping others get the sleep they need. Once I saw the success of an individualized approach to gaining healthier sleep habits I knew I had to spread the word to others. I believe that a well-rested individual is someone that has more time to embrace what they love in life!
