Lissette holds a B.A. in Business and works full-time with nonprofit organizations, managing membership databases and helping plan conferences and education programs. Through her work, she often met parents who shared their children’s struggles with sleep, which fueled her passion to share the knowledge and tools that had been so impactful in her own life.

Lissette’s Sleep Story

Growing up in a Hispanic household, sleep training was often frowned upon. Lissette had to convince her mother—her son’s grandmother, who helped care for him while she and her husband worked—that healthy sleep habits were not only possible but beneficial. Now, two years later, as more babies have joined the family, they turn to her for advice after seeing the positive results firsthand.

As a true lover of sleep, Lissette’s goal is to support parents in creating healthy sleep habits for their babies—while cheering them on every step of the way.
