Hi there! I am so glad you are here! My name is Meghan Kemna and I am a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and honored to be a part of the Sleep Wise Consulting team. I am a born and raised Minnesota gal, and now just live a short drive outside of the Twin Cities with my husband Jake, and our daughter, Lucy (and I shouldn’t forget to mention our sweet black lab, Gustie!)


Meghan’s Experience
Meghan holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, completed in 2017, and brings a wealth of experience from her years in education. With a background that spans teaching first and fourth grade to serving as an assistant principal, she approaches sleep consulting with the heart of an educator.
Her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science, combined with her expertise in instruction, equip her to navigate challenges with patience, problem-solving, and a deep belief in fostering growth. Whether guiding families or working with young learners, Meghan emphasizes consistent, compassionate support to help others thrive.
She is passionate about helping families achieve better sleep and believes that small, steady steps lead to significant transformations. Currently supporting parents of newborns, babies, and toddlers across the US.

Meghan‘s Sleep Story
Our own sleep journey began in 2022 when we became parents to our daughter, Lucy. Like so many parents, I found myself exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to turn – always thinking it will just get better.
Lucy was only contact napping, our mornings were starting at 4 a.m., and I felt buried in conflicting information. I vividly remember Googling “how to get my baby to sleep” at 2 a.m., tears in my eyes, desperate for something to work. I still remember the moment I opened the daycare manual and read, “We put all babies down awake.” I froze—because we weren’t anywhere near that. I didn’t know what I didn’t know—and once I did, everything changed.
That’s when I discovered Sleep Wise and everything changed. I didn’t want another generic PDF—I needed a real person to walk me through, step by step, and troubleshoot Lucy’s unique needs with me. And that’s exactly what I got.
Our own, personal success with Sleep Wise transformed everything—not just our sleep, but our quality of life. With my passion for education, my first hand experience, and a deep understanding of how vital sleep is for the entire family, I knew I wanted to be part of this incredible team. I’ve seen firsthand how a well-rested child—and parent—can change everything.
