After walking through her own season of sleepless nights and learning how to navigate sleep through travel, transitions, and everyday life, Shaunna understands how heavy it can feel when no one is getting the rest they need. She is passionate about coming alongside families with guidance that feels supportive, clear, and manageable.
Shaunna’s Experience
Shaunna brings a unique blend of medical experience, leadership, and real life motherhood to her role as a Sleep Wise Consultant. Before stepping into the world of pediatric sleep, she spent several years working in the medical field in ENT and surgery in Los Angeles. During that time, she developed a strong ability to listen well, communicate clearly, and support individuals through important and often overwhelming seasons.
She later served as a Customer Success Director for a healthcare technology company, where she led remote teams and focused on creating thoughtful, high level client experiences.
As a mom of two, Shaunna has also navigated the real life challenges of maintaining healthy sleep routines through travel, transitions, and busy family life. She understands how to balance consistency with flexibility, helping families protect sleep while still living fully.
Now, as a certified sleep consultant, she combines professional expertise with personal experience to provide guidance that is compassionate, realistic, and tailored to each family. She offers both in person and virtual sleep support for families with newborns, infants, and toddlers.

Shaunna‘s Sleep Story
Before becoming a mom, I spent years in the medical field and truly loved being part of people’s care and healing journeys. Everything shifted when I had my own children.
I remember the long nights, the constant wake ups, and wondering if we were doing something wrong or if we would ever feel rested again. We were doing our best, but we were just getting by.
Walking through that season helped me see how deeply sleep affects everything, including your energy, your patience, and your confidence as a parent. As our family grew and life became busier, I also experienced how challenging it can be to protect sleep while traveling or navigating changes in routine. That is when I realized that healthy sleep does not have to mean putting your life on hold. It simply takes the right approach.
Now, I have the privilege of coming alongside families in that same season, offering practical tools, honest guidance, and encouragement each step of the way. My goal is not perfection, but helping you feel confident, supported, and equipped.
Restful nights are possible, and you do not have to do this alone.
