Sarah is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with Sleep Wise Consulting and a mother of two who knows firsthand how challenging it can be when a child is not sleeping well, and how deeply it impacts the whole family. She is passionate about helping families achieve better sleep so they can feel more rested, supported, and able to show up as their best selves each day.
Sarah’s Experience
Before becoming a sleep consultant, she spent seven years as a school counselor, supporting children and families and guiding them through challenging times. Helping others has always been at the center of who she is, and that experience strengthened her empathy, communication skills, and commitment to family well-being.
She believes that when parents are well rested, they are better able to care for their children and themselves. Sleep is not just about rest. It supports physical and mental health and allows families to function with more patience, clarity, and connection. She works with families to create a plan that fits their unique needs so everyone can sleep soundly and wake up feeling refreshed.
"I was optimistic about sleep training based on experiences that my other friends had with Sleep Wise. Still, I did not anticipate the phenomenal results that I got. A routine schedule, consolidated naps, and a full night’s sleep restored my family’s health, made us more attentive to our child’s needs, and gave us back time together to continue our happy marriage!"

Sarah’s Sleep Story
My journey with sleep began with my first son. After seven months of constant night wakings and disrupted naps, I was physically and mentally drained. I was not showing up as the best mom I could be, and my son was exhausted and unhappy too.
Then I discovered Sleep Wise and worked with a consultant who completely changed our lives. In just a couple of weeks, my son was taking naps and sleeping through the night, and I finally got the rest I so desperately needed. It truly felt life changing.
When my second son was born, I knew how important sleep was, so we began working with a Sleep Wise consultant from the very beginning. That proactive approach helped us establish healthy sleep habits early, and we experienced smoother, more consistent sleep from the start.
I have been in that place of exhaustion and overwhelm, and I also know what it feels like to come out the other side. You do not have to do this alone. Together, we can create a plan that works for your family so everyone can get the rest they need.
