We were so tired and desperate to get our son to sleep! Kelley turned things around so quickly, it was like magic. It was so reassuring to go through the sleep training process with support and to be able to ask questions in real time. Could not recommend more!
I was very desperate when Aria suddenly stopped sleeping at 3 months old. She had been such a good sleeper before, but it kept getting worse—she started waking up more often and eventually refused to fall asleep with anyone but me, sometimes taking 20–40 minutes of intense rocking and milk to settle. I barely slept for days and felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel. The only thing I regret is not starting sleep training earlier, because nothing I tried from the internet worked. Kelley guided us through every cry and every step, and thanks to her support we now have full nights of sleep, good naps, and time again to take care of ourselves and reconnect as a family.
The knowledge, compassion, and patience we felt while working with Kelley at Sleep Wise we are beyond thankful for. Kelley went the extra mile for us each week starting when our daughter was 6 weeks old. She helped us think through gentle approaches and went at a pace we were comfortable with. I was optimistic about sleep training based on experiences that my other friends had with Sleep Wise. Still, I did not anticipate the phenomenal results that I got. A routine schedule, consolidated naps, and a full night’s sleep restored my family’s health, made us more attentive to our child’s needs, and gave us back time together to continue our happy marriage!
I’m not usually a person that writes reviews but this time was different. Since day one Kelley had so MUCH patience with me and was so sweet; my baby was premature and I was really excited but scared to do sleep training. She guided me each step of the way. On the second day we already saw a difference in his naps and in his bedtime sleep. Sebastian sleeps now at least 10 hours and has great naps. I am forever grateful for Kelley!!!
Incredible!! Our 11 week old baby had wildly inconsistent overnight sleep and never napped for more than 30 min. Now she sleeps 12 hours a night, and takes great naps! Kelley was wonderful to work with – she took into consideration our specific goals and concerns (e.g., exclusively breast fed).
My 2-month old started off our journey waking every 2-3 hours overnight and could not get past the 40 minute mark for her naps. I also struggled to get her to go down for naps at all- it was a crying (for both of us), fighting, disaster nearly every day. Kelley talked me through how to build a routine and stick with it. She got to really know Ava and guide us through how to teach her her very own independent sleep skills. Now Ava sleeps 12 hours overnight and takes at least one long nap a day. We now have a lot of fun doing our daily routine together and for me, it provided me my own sleep and peace of mind knowing I was teaching my child very important skills from the beginning – giving her a fabulous foundation to build upon. Kelley and Sleep Wise was the best investment for my family we’ve made to date.
We had a fantastic experience working with Kelley! Our 5-month old son was waking up multiple times per night and my husband and I were exhausted. Kelley set up a detailed schedule for us, along with some small but pragmatic changes to his nursery room. We were hopeful but also skeptical. But…there’s really no other way to put it…Kelley’s schedule and approach just WORKED. Within one week, we had eliminated all middle of the night feeds. And within two weeks, we had eliminated not only feeds, but our son wasn’t waking up at all. The approach was also what I considered “gentle”–he never cried for more than 20 minutes, and usually less than 10. This was the best investment of time and money for us and improved our quality of life and sleep, which truly was priceless.
We connected with Kelley when our daughter was about 9 weeks and we were peak exhausted–helping her back to sleep 10+ times a night and so confused and uncertain as new parents. Within 2 weeks of working with Kelley, our daughter was only waking once a night to eat and within 3 weeks sleeping 12 hours a night and napping great throughout the day. Kelley’s expertise was evident in every conversations–she had an answer to every question and clear advice for every step of the way. My husband and I were so relieved to have a ‘playbook’ to follow and relieve us from the indecision and stress of trying different conflicting advice from friends and family.
Entering into the world of sleep training, I was anxious and overwhelmed, but knew something had to change for our family. My 4 month old was still contact napping each nap and relying on myself to go to sleep each night. It was not sustainable. Kelley provided a beautifully outlined plan, tailored to fit the needs of our little one. With consistency and support along the way, we did it!
I was really nervous for the consultation, I was worried we’d be judged for the things we’d resorted to while trying to get our son to sleep on our own. Kelley didn’t judge us in the slightest, she was reassuring, kind, supportive, and understanding. She figured out what was keeping our son from sleeping and helped us solve it. We’ve all been sleeping wonderfully ever since.
