We struggled with our son’s nighttime sleep habits for a very long time. We tried various methods of sleep training, different bed times, nap schedules and wake windows, etc, but no matter what we tried he was having multiple middle of the night wakings and was up for the day every morning at 4am. By the time he was 6 months old we were finally so sleep deprived that we decided to spend the money on some help! I feel it’s important to mention, It was a hard pill to swallow to hire another sleep consultant after that, but what a HUGE difference it was when we worked with Kelsey. Not only was she able to find the root of the issue for us, but she went above and beyond to help us achieve better sleep for our son and for us. She genuinely cared about how our son was progressing, and while he was an extra tough case to crack, Kelsey was always confident she would be able to help. And she was right. Kelsey is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and generous with her time. When it comes to helping your child get better sleep, it’s a team effort. You have to be willing to put in the work to change bad habits, or try a new routine, and to keep close track of feedings, nap times and duration, and overnight sleep/wakings. Take it from me, it is worth your time. Our son now sleeps through the night, and on the rare occasion he does wake up in the middle or the night, he’s able to put himself back to sleep. I cannot recommend Kelsey enough as I have no doubt she has the knowledge and the tools to help you achieve your sleep goals for your child.
