Alaina’s Experience
Alaina brings a unique combination of professional experience and personal understanding to her work with families. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, a master’s degree in Business Management, and is a licensed registered nurse. But some of her greatest lessons have come from being a mom of four. Motherhood has taught Alaina that every child is wonderfully different, kids are incredibly adaptable, and what works for one child may look completely different for another. Her background in healthcare, combined with her own experiences as a mom, has shaped her passion for meeting families where they are and helping them find an individualized approach that feels realistic and supportive.
"I was optimistic about sleep training based on experiences that my other friends had with Sleep Wise. Still, I did not anticipate the phenomenal results that I got. A routine schedule, consolidated naps, and a full night’s sleep restored my family’s health, made us more attentive to our child’s needs, and gave us back time together to continue our happy marriage!"

Alaina’s Sleep Story
When my youngest was nine months old, our family was in the depths of exhaustion. From midnight on, he would only sleep if he was being held. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and honestly didn’t feel like myself anymore.
Eventually, I reached my breaking point and decided it was time to make a change. Starting sleep training was one of the best decisions I made, not only for my son, but for our entire family.
Once we were all sleeping better, I began to feel like myself again. I had more energy and patience, and I could show up as a better mom, wife, colleague, and friend. Most importantly, I realized that helping my son learn to sleep well wasn’t just about getting more sleep. It positively impacted our whole family.
Looking back, my only wish is that I had started sooner. That experience is a huge part of why I’m so passionate about helping other families find their way out of exhaustion and experience what better sleep can make possible.
