Andrea is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with Sleep Wise Consulting, providing sleep support to families from planning for baby through infancy, toddlerhood, and the early years. She draws from both her professional career as an HR Business Partner and coach and her real life experience raising three boys. Andrea helps parents reclaim sleep for both themselves and their children with clear plans, steady support, and guidance throughout the journey.

Andrea brings a strong professional foundation to her work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business. In her role as an HR Business Partner, she coaches professionals daily and supports them through growth and change.
Throughout her career, she has stayed true to one core mission: helping individuals be their best selves and reach their full potential. That mission translates seamlessly into guiding parents through sleep challenges with empathy, clarity, and confidence. Andrea believes that when parents are well rested and supported, they are better able to show up as the best versions of themselves, not only for their children, but for their own health and happiness as well.

Andrea’s Sleep Story
My sleep journey began when my oldest son suddenly started struggling at age three. At the time, I also had a newborn and was running on very little sleep. I felt burned out and overwhelmed. A coworker suggested I reach out to Sleep Wise, and I am so grateful she did.
Within the first week, we experienced life changing progress. I felt hope again. Reclaiming our sleep allowed me to show up more patiently and confidently for my children and for myself. It inspired me to help other families do the same, so they can become the best version of themselves for both their children and themselves.
It also gave me the rest and confidence I needed to welcome our third son with joy.
