She is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience caring for both adults and children, and she brings a calm, compassionate, and family-centered approach to her work with sleep. Erin is passionate about helping families build healthy sleep foundations that support both their children and their own well-being.

Throughout her nursing career, Erin has worked with families from a wide variety of backgrounds, always striving to provide care that meets each family’s unique needs. Her professional experience has given her a deep appreciation for how essential sleep is to overall health, development, and well-being for both children and their caregivers.
As a Sleep Wise Consultant, Erin is motivated by helping families feel confident that their child has strong, healthy sleep skills. She loves giving parents their evenings back so they can rest, reconnect, and truly enjoy family life. When she is not working with families, Erin enjoys reading, exercising, watching reality TV, enjoying a glass of wine, and spending quality time with her family.

Erin’s Sleep Story
My passion for sleep support became personal when I became a new mom. Like so many parents, I found myself exhausted while caring for a newborn and unsure how to improve sleep for my baby or myself. I remember wanting to do everything right but not knowing where to start.
After working with Sleep Wise and learning how to support healthy sleep habits for my daughter, I experienced firsthand how life changing good sleep can be. Rest returned to our home, and with it came more confidence, patience, and joy in motherhood.
That experience inspired me to help other families feel the same relief and confidence. I know how overwhelming sleep struggles can feel, and I am honored to walk alongside parents as they build healthy, sustainable sleep for their children and themselves.
