Janell’s Experience
Janell earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Coast University in 2021 and continues to practice as an aesthetic nurse in Newport Beach, California. In this setting, she developed a refined skill set rooted in clinical precision, elevated patient care, and the ability to build deep trust in a highly detail-oriented environment.
Following the birth of her daughter, Jade, Janell made a thoughtful transition away from full-time practice. She chose to be more present during her early years while maintaining a part-time role in aesthetics. This season brought greater clarity around balance, intentional living, and how she wanted her career and motherhood to evolve together.
It ultimately led her toward work that feels more aligned and purposeful—supporting families in a way that is both meaningful and lasting.
"I was optimistic about sleep training based on experiences that my other friends had with Sleep Wise. Still, I did not anticipate the phenomenal results that I got. A routine schedule, consolidated naps, and a full night’s sleep restored my family’s health, made us more attentive to our child’s needs, and gave us back time together to continue our happy marriage!"

Janell’s Sleep Story
Before Jade was born, I approached motherhood with structure, intention, and the belief that if I prepared enough, everything would fall into place. I immersed myself in research and routines, expecting a seamless transition.
Instead, I was met with a version of motherhood that felt far more humbling—marked by exhaustion, unpredictability, and a quiet isolation I hadn’t anticipated. There were moments that felt heavier than I knew how to hold, and nights that blurred into one another in a way I wasn’t prepared for. It wasn’t until I experienced the support of Sleep Wise that things began to shift.
With guidance rooted in clarity and consistency, our days slowly found rhythm again. Our nights became more restorative, and the constant sense of uncertainty began to ease. What once felt overwhelming started to feel manageable, and then eventually, steady.
That transformation changed everything for me. I wasn’t just more rested—I was more present, more grounded, and more connected to my daughter and myself. It reshaped the way I experienced motherhood entirely, and it’s what now fuels my desire to offer that same sense of steadiness, confidence, and relief to other families walking a similar path.
