Jessica’s Experience
Education has been the foundation of Jessica’s career, with nine years spent teaching high school Spanish and Dual Enrollment courses. Grounded in psychology, she has always been fascinated by how people learn, grow, and adapt. She loves those meaningful moments when something finally clicks.
Her years in the classroom gave her a deep understanding of how learning, behavior, and emotional regulation are connected, and how sleep plays a critical role in all of it. Teaching taught her how to break big challenges into manageable steps, meet people where they are, and lead with patience and empathy.
Today, as a Sleep Wise Consultant, she works virtually with families of newborns, infants, and toddlers to create healthy, independent sleep habits that fit real life. She guides families with clarity, encouragement, and realistic expectations, always prioritizing connection and trust.
"I was optimistic about sleep training based on experiences that my other friends had with Sleep Wise. Still, I did not anticipate the phenomenal results that I got. A routine schedule, consolidated naps, and a full night’s sleep restored my family’s health, made us more attentive to our child’s needs, and gave us back time together to continue our happy marriage!"

Jessica’s Sleep Story
My journey with Sleep Wise began while I was pregnant with my son. Like many parents, we knew we wanted to prioritize independent sleep, even though nearly everyone around us was co-sleeping. We reached out for support early, and I am forever grateful we did.
Working with a Sleep Wise consultant during those first months of motherhood gave me confidence, structure, and reassurance during a season that can feel incredibly overwhelming. Even my husband, who was initially skeptical, became a believer once he saw the process work.
When my son later experienced a tough sleep regression as a toddler and suddenly wanted nothing to do with sleeping on his own, I found myself exhausted and frustrated. I knew quick fixes were not the answer, so I reached out to Sleep Wise again. With expert guidance and steady encouragement, we restored healthy sleep and confidently transitioned him into his big boy bed. It was a huge win for our whole family.
Becoming a mom shifted my priorities and led me to seek work that allowed me to support families in a meaningful way while being present for my own. Joining the Sleep Wise team felt like the perfect fit, blending my professional experience with my personal sleep journey.
I am here to support you with warmth, honesty, and evidence based strategies. No judgment. No pressure. Just encouragement and a step by step plan you can trust. Whether you are navigating newborn nights, toddler transitions, or sleep regressions, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
