Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping people improve their lives and loves seeing knowledge turn into action and real success.

This background naturally led her to supporting families through sleep. Maggie understands how overwhelming it can feel to juggle information, emotions, and exhaustion all at once, and she is deeply committed to helping parents move forward with a clear, supportive plan.

Maggie’s Sleep Story

My first daughter, Charlie, slept well from the beginning and was relatively easy to sleep train using a blanket approach I found online. Confident, I tried using the same methods with my second daughter, only to quickly learn that one size certainly does NOT fit all.

Frankie didn’t sleep during her first 12 weeks of life, and I became desperate for a solution. With another child to care for during the day and my husband often out of town for work, sleep became a major source of anxiety. I had no time or energy for hours of research, second guessing, 2 a.m. Google searches, or endlessly scrolling sleep influencers trying to figure out what the “right” next step was.

That’s when I found Sleep Wise. I reached out because I needed someone to simply tell me what to do. No more overthinking. No more conflicting advice. No more hoping things would magically change. Once we went all in, Frankie’s sleep improved within a week and was incredible within a month. Today, she is by far the best sleeper in our house.

Looking back, I often say that I wish I had followed the Sleep Wise method with my first daughter as well, because of the lifelong habits it instills for self-soothing and self-regulation.

Frankie’s journey included tongue tie, lip tie, nursing challenges, bottle refusal, chronic congestion, and chronic ear infections. Through it all, I learned firsthand that good sleep is possible, no matter the circumstances, when there is a clear plan and trusted support.

I truly believe that all it takes is saying “yes” and trusting the process. I can’t wait to connect with families and help them experience the freedom, confidence, and rest that a well-rested home can bring.
